How to Choose the Size of a Sign

To choose the most aesthetically pleasing size, consider the following methods: 1. If the horizontal width of the hanging area for the sign is < 80 inches, select the size of the sign to be half the width of the hanging area. For example, if the horizontal width of the hanging area for the sign is 65 inches, the size of the sign would be 32" - 34".

2. If the horizontal width of the hanging area for the sign is > 80 inches, choose the size of the sign to be one-third of the width of the hanging area. For example, if the horizontal width of the hanging area for the sign is 100 inches, the size of the sign would be 29" - 31".

3. If the area beneath the sign contains furniture such as tables, cabinets, sofas, reception desks, etc., select the size of the sign to be half the width of the furniture. For example, if the width of the cabinet is 100 inches, the size of the sign would be 49" - 51".
